Pizzaiologist
// The fine print

Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms apply when you use Pizzaiologist: booking a pizza-making session, listing a pizzeria, pre-ordering an oven, or chatting with Slice. By creating an account or booking, you agree to them.

Pizzaiologist is operated by YASDXB Marketing Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].

1. What Pizzaiologist does

Pizzaiologist is a booking platform. Partner pizzerias ("hosts") offer hands-on pizza-making sessions, and you book and pay for them through us. Each session is run by the host, in the host's own kitchen, and the host is responsible for the session, its premises and food safety.

2. Your account

3. Booking and payment

4. Cancellations and refunds

5. At the session

6. For pizzerias (hosts)

7. Oven pre-orders

8. Slice

Slice gives automatic answers to help you. They can be wrong and aren't part of these terms. Your booking details in the app and your confirmation email are what count.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Pizzaiologist running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and bookings already made keep the terms that applied when you booked. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
