My name is Yasser Ayed. AKA Pizzaiologist.
It started with a wood-fired oven I built in my backyard. Not a kit. Not a class. Just obsession, fire, and a lot of failed dough. That oven changed everything.
What I discovered wasn't just how to make great pizza — it was how pizza makes people. The moment someone pulls their first pie out of a real oven, something shifts. Laughter gets louder. Walls come down. Strangers become friends.
That's what Pizzaiologist is. Not a cooking class. Not a restaurant. An experience built around the oldest social ritual there is — making food together from scratch.
